ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම් තුමියගේ උපදේශකත්වයෙන් මීගහකිවුල ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම් කාර්යාලය විසින් සංවිධානය කරනු ලබන,කොට්ඨාසයේ රාජ්‍ය ආයතන අතර පවත්වනු ලබන ක්‍රීඩා උළෙල.
2025 ඔක්තෝබර් 14 වන දා සිට 2025 නොවැම්බර් 01 දක්වා පැවැත්වීමට කටයුතු සංවිධානය කර ඇත.
